It all depends on your point of view.

When I go for a walk, I'm usually looking at the scenery. I see things like this.

Or this.

And these perspectives make me happy.

But that's not what draws Kane's attention. He is all about the smells. Oh, the many and varied dog-piss smells!

Or all the little things he can put in his mouth (not necessarily edible things).

And these things make him very, very happy.

So, although we both went on the same walk, we each had quite different, equally wonderful, experiences. Kind of a metaphor for life, isn't it?
